This is a recent card we did for one of my stamping classes. I used Stampin' Up's distressing kit. The kit comes with four different distressing inks and is fabulous! It also comes with other assorted tools like sanding blocks. I also used the new framelit dies and vintage wallpaper embossing folder. Enjoy!

Punches used were the Dotted Scallop Ribbon border punch, scallop oval punch and extra large oval punch. Easy card to make and will make a great thank you card for one of my customers! Enjoy!

Notably Ornate and Punch Potpourri
Elegant, classic and vintage....those are the words I use to describe the new stamp set Notably Ornate. I can't wait to use this stamp set to journal on my scrapbook pages. It includes a large box to journal in and a smaller oval-shaped design stamp to write the date in on scrapbook pages, along with the bird and Just Because saying. It is available in clear mount 120561 and wood mount 117098. I also used the Punch Potpourri Level One Hostess Stamp set to stamp the flowers which coordinate with the Boho Blossoms Punch. I have to say SU did a great job of coming up with some fantastic hostess sets in this new catalog. I used the modern label punch, Big Shot Top Note Die Cut and Movers and Shapers Die. Also used Bravo Burgundy, More Mustard, Soft Suede ink and the new Basic Pearls and Rhinestones. Thanks for looking!

Greeting Card Kids and Curly Cute
I really enjoy watercoloring and the Greeting Card Kids stamp set is a new classic stamp set that is perfect for watercoloring. I used my aqua painters (103954) and water color crayons. Greeting Card Kids is available in wood mount 119887 and clear mount 120633. I also used Curly Cute (available in wood mount 117014 and clear mount 120510). Also used Basic Pearls (119247), Vintage Wallpaper Embossing folder (120175), 2 3/8" scallop circle punch (118874), Marina Mist, Pear Pizazz and Early Espresso. Enjoy! P.S. I used my retired water color crayons. SU is coming out shortly with new crayons in the new colors.

Vintage Wallpaper meets Perfect Punches
Elements of Style
I am back from taking a vacation with family to the Lake of the Ozarks. We had a great time, but I am pooped out! Needed to come home to rest! I am so glad we went. It was a trip of many first for me, including horseback riding. Thanks to my sister-in-law for insisting I go with her, it turned out to be one of my favorite activities from the trip. And my daughter said it was her favorite too! Also, loved the boating! I am posting a couple of cards from the the stamp set Elements of Style (120045 clear mount and 118611 wood mount). This is such a beautiful stamp set. One cannot really appreciate it, until you actually get to stamp with it. Makes gorgeous cards and I plan on using it a lot for scrapbooking. I also used the Finial Press embossing folder for the card on the top (115963). The card on the bottom was a card we made at a recent card night at my home. My downline Julie came up with this one and it was a hit! Notice the white organza ribbon (114319). I had to order it after we used it that night. Can't believe I didn't notice it in the catalog before!
