Flower Shop Birthday Card

I made this fabulous card for my sister's birthday.  I used the wonderful in colors and the new stamp set Flower Shop with the coordinating punch.  This set and punch are sold as a bundle or can be purchased individually in the new catalog.  And if you noticed the background is something new...a sneak peak from the new upcoming Holiday catalog.  It's called Pretty Print Textured Impressions embossing folder and it's gorgeous.  The picture really does not do it justice.  Enjoy!

Chalk Talk Birthday Card

Here is a stunning new card made with the new stamp set Chalk Talk and coordinating framelit set.  Mosiac Madness embossing folder was used on the Strawberry Slush cardstock for the backround.  I just love Strawberry Slush and Black together.  Makes for a very stunning card!  Enjoy!

Happy Birthday Photopolymer Style!

OK, I can't pronounce it...Photopolymer...but I really enjoyed using the new stamp set made out of this material.  SU is introducing a new line of photopolymer stamps for a clear stamping option.  This set Designer Type Photopolymer includes 57 pieces!  And it sells for only $13.95.  The possibilities are endless with this fun set.  I love it for making birthday cards.  It's so easy to personalize a birthday card by stamping a person's name on it (which I did on my son's birthday card).  This card is pretty generic and would work for anyone.  I used the Brights DSP, the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack, Decorative Label Punch for the my border, white baker's twine, Rhinestone Basic Jewels and Merry Minis Punch Pack (the star).   Enjoy!!!

A Round Array Happy Birthday!

Stampin' up recently gave us our first sneak peak at the new 2013-2014 annual catalog with A Round Array!  It is currently available in a bundle package with the new coordinating 7/8" scallop circle punch for 15% off.  The offer ends May 30, 2013.  It's  a fun stamp set with 8 cute stamps that suit all different occasions.  Grab it while you can on sale!  I used the new Designer Type Photopolymer Stamp set to stamp my arrow and then I just simply cut it out.  Other products used include:  The Brights DSP pack, Essentials stamp set (available in the Spring Catalog), and the fabulous Itty Bitty Punch Pack (I use it all the time).  Oh, I also used the 1/4" stitched grosgrain ribbon in Daffodil Delight.  Enjoy!

Blooming with Kindness

I am trying to catch up on posting! I have a lot of cards I have made recently and have not taken the time to post them. (I also did a few scrapbook pages...which is long overdue!) Here is a card I made with the Blooming with Kindness stamp set. Enjoy!

Best of Birthdays!

To celebrate Stampin' Up's 25th anniversary, the company is releasing a "Best of" stamp set every month for the upcoming year. The best part...for every 6 stamp sets you purchase, you get one FREE!. So far, stamp sets include: Best of Birthdays, Best of Love, Best of Flowers and Best of Love. The sets are very inexpensive (less than $15) and include some of the most popular stamp images SU has ever released. There is also one brand new never-before-seen stamp included in each stamp set. Here are a few cards I have made with the Best of Birthdays stamp set. Check out my Stampin' Up online store to see all the stamp sets and images. Enjoy!

Another Apothecary card!!!

Can you tell how much I love this new stamp set, Apothecary Art? Love it!!! It is sooo gorgeous! I used the new Attic Boutique Designer Series Paper the new Pool Party seam binding. Oh, and I used the new Labels Collection Framelits to cut out my frames. Enjoy!

Gnome Sweet Gnome Birthday Fun!

I have to be honest...at first I was not sure what I thought about the Gnome Sweet Gnome stamp set in the new Occasions Mini. It has certainly grown on me and I have been having a lot of fun with it. The more stuff I have seen made with this set, the more I really like it. I esp. love that wheel barrow and the flowers. It is such a good spring stamp set and works really well for birthdays. And I certainly don't have another stamp set like it in my closet! I used retired DSP and ribbon. Enjoy!

Day of Gratitude Fall Birthday Card

I LOVE to scrapbook and this stamp set Day of Gratitude is perfect for fall scrapbook pages. I used the large image on my card's centerpiece and it makes for a very dramatic fall card. I love to color in our stamps with our markers. SU markers are simply the best! I used the Curly Cute stamp set for the sentiment. Enjoy! Happy Fall!

Countryside Happy Birthday

I LOVE FALL! This card was made using fall colors and the stamp sets Countryside and Perfectly Penned. We have 2 October birthdays this month. My dad's and my brother's. I already gave this card to my dad and he liked it a lot. Enjoy!

Precious Butterflies Birthday Card

Okay...this new hostess stamp set has got to be one of my ultimate favorite hostess stamp sets Stampin' Up has ever offered! It is sooo reasonable and easy to get with a workshop or minimal order. I love the new hostess program. You can get anything you want out of the catalog with your hostess dollars! And you can pick out any hostess stamp set (no more levels!). Yeah! This is a card I made and embossed for a friend's birthday in Sept. I think I used Island Indigo and Tempting Turquoise for my colors. I did emboss the butterflies with the new Tempting Turquoise embossing powder and I used dazzling diamonds on my cut out butterfly. Of course I added those precious pearls to my precious butterfly! I made it a while back and really did intend to post it sooner but with 4 kids out for 4 different sports activities this fall my life has turned a bit hectic lately. I am not complaining...I love it...but sometimes it leaves little time for one of my favorite activities...stamping! Enjoy!

Leaves of a Tree Birthday Card

I love the new A la Carte individual stamps SU is now offering. They are nice size stamps and make great cards and would be good for scrapbooking pages too. Can you image this Leaves of a Tree stamp being used on a scrapbook page? I cut out a leaf from our leaves Big Shot die and embossed it with the new Houndstooth embossing folder. I also used the new Occasions Alphabet stamp set for the sentiment. Enjoy!

Raining Flowers

Raining Flowers was another fabulous set we received from Stampin' Up at Convention. I love the 2 step stamps...they are so easy. You just stamp the outline of your flower in black and then stamp the inside in whatever color you wish and you have a fabulous flower in little time! I also used the sentiment from the It's Your Day stamp set. Enjoy!
