The Cheers to You stamp set will be retiring this month along with many others. Be sure to check out my Stampin' Up store http://scrappinwithdeb.stampinup.net for the complete list. I used it recently to make an anniversary card for some friends. Also used the Elegant Soiree paper packet (which is also retiring). All the ribbon and sentiment is from Stampin' Up.
